With over 15 years of dedicated practice and teaching, Maya founded Serenity Yoga Studio as a haven for those seeking balance in the modern world. Her journey began in Rishikesh, India, where she studied under revered teachers of Hatha and Vinyasa traditions.

Maya's teaching style blends traditional alignment-based practice with a contemporary understanding of movement science. Her classes are known for their warmth, accessibility, and ability to challenge practitioners of all levels.
